Landing redesign (positioning: build from specs/docs, cited context, fewer tokens), interactive hero demo, team page, branded 404/500, OG PNG, SEO/sitemap/robots. Adds Cloudflare staging (develop) + prod (main) deploy workflow with Web Analytics. Also bundles open-source prep docs (CONTRIBUTING, CODE_OF_CONDUCT), a mimir-core library-api example, and redaction test coverage. Landing already live at https://mimir.jcode.works.
